With “Posture Formula” I want to illustrate a more nuanced picture on human posture than the simple “fix” of strengthening back muscles to get rid of rounded shoulders. Unfortunately, it is not as simple as that. We need to rather think more about a stable core as the base and the interplay between the distinct joints and more importantly their positions that affect one another. Program components are positioning & breathing, core stability, hip & thoracic mobility, spinal segmentation, core rotation & compression and dynamic integration.
I particularly emphasized on high quality videos that emphasize the actual intention of the exercises. Since, coaching CUES represent the small but decisive details that make the difference between effective training sessions and contextless workouts.
